Kid's Cafe is getting a facelift...or at least our stage. Thanks to a generous grant from Worcester Arts Council (WAC) and assistance from Clark University's LEEP program, dedicated Club volunteer Linda Freedman has been hard at work creating a beautiful and inspiring mural with the help of our Club kids. Two days a week, Linda spends her afternoon with a group of our members, first brainstorming and then executing incredible art for all of our kids and families to view while having dinner in Kid's Cafe. The unveiling of the mural happened at our Annual Meeting, held at Hanover Insurance on Thursday, June 14th, to an impressed crowd and a round of applause. We're incredibly fortunate to have communtiy partners such as WAC and Clark University that provide invaluable opportunities for our youth.
