On Thursday May 28th, Congressman McGovern and our community partners gathered outside of the Boys & Girls Club of Worcester to announce the groundbreaking of the Gardner, Kilby & Hammond bike path. The bike path is set to unveil in the spring of 2016, connecting the three roads to Clark University’s NCAA track and field behind the Boys & Girls Club of Worcester. Our staff and kids at the Club could not be more excited for this new addition to the Main South neighborhood. We are certain that the bike path will prove to be a beloved addition to the Club and the neighborhood. The path will give additional space for activities for our Club and neighborhood kids. We want to give a big thank you to Congressman McGovern, Clark University, National Grid and all of our supporters for making this dream a reality.
