Mass 2-1-1

2-1-1 is a FREE and confidential resource and referral line that provides information about services available to individuals in need of assistance.  Receiving millions of calls each year, 2-1-1 offers service in over 20 languages!  Callers offer basic information, and then are offered a list of resources that may help them, such as food, fuel, counseling, childcare and housing services.
