Education Program Coordinator (Full-time position)– Harrington Clubhouse (Main South Neighborhood)

Compensation: Hourly rate; Based on experience

The Boys & Girls Club of Worcester seeks a full-time Education Program Coordinator. Bachelor's degree required, three years of youth development or teaching experience preferred, and bi-lingual (Spanish/English) preferred. Ideal candidate will have the ability to create a fun and stimulating environment, and engage a wide-range of youth, ages 8-18, in homework help, teen study groups, computer technology, STEM, college preparation and job readiness programs. Position requires experience recruiting and engaging volunteers. During the school year, hours are from 1 p.m. – 9 p.m. (Mon. – Fri.),  and the summer hours are from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. (Mon. – Fri.).



Program Assistant part-time position at Boys & Girls Club of Worcester’s Kids Club site

Compensation: Hourly rate; Minimum wage

The Boys & Girls Club of Worcester seeks a Program Assistant for the school year program at our Kids Club, located in the Great Brook Valley Housing Development, Worcester. Must be available to work 2:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. during the school year. This school year position has the potential to become a summer program position, with work hours 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Responsibilities include providing fun and engaging academic enrichment and recreational programs for youth, ages 5-13. High school degree (or equivalent) required; strong computer/technological skills preferred; and two years of youth development experience and bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred. AA/EOE
